New Exhaust Tip

Alright I just put my 4 inch Gibson SS tip on my factory exhaust today and got some pictures to see what everybody thinks. I love the sound of my factory exhaust, I had Magnaflow cat back on my 04 5.3L and loved it, but i can't find any kits for the RCLB 09 2500HD. Also I heard that GM spent alot of time on the 2500HD LY6 exhaust, so I don't really want to change it and loose any power. The one thing I don't like it the tailpipe and the miter cut that GM thought looked good, so I added this tip whatta you think?

It really sucks no one makes a catback for the RCLB 6.0 for the 07-09 trucks. They do have some pretty big piping, I believe its 3.5 inch and most of it is mandrel bent so I'm sure there's not much power to be had with exhaust upgrades.

It's greystone metallic. I really love the color had silverbirch before that and liked it too. The only pictures that I have on my computer are these will get more pics sometimes we have had really foggy and misty days and pics look really bad.

Nice, I have that same color. Almost the same truck as me, looks as though yours is an LT, correct? I just have a w/t, and upgraded the wheels and such.

Yah, I have the LT, It has everything my ecsb had but leather seats and a 6 disc cd player. The only thing I don't like are the factory wheels, although they are growing on me I think the will look better with a good set of tires and raised white letters. I have the 17 inch bright aluminum wheels, but to me they can look alot like the grey painted steel wheels.

Yea bigger tires really makes a difference. I didn't really care for those wheels either, that's why I put the gmc ones on

factory exhaust on the 6.0 is pretty much optimized, that's why there's not alot of aftermarket available no matter your cab style...
