Cd's Won't Eject

This is a factory radio/ CD player/ cassette on a 2005. When I push the eject button it makes a scraping noise but won't eject. I have to fish it out with a needle nose plier. Would it be better to repair or replace? Can it even be repaired and by who? Sorry, not much into the audio scene and not interested in an upgrade....thanks!

Try buying yourself some computer cleaner, you know that compressed air in a can? It might just be dirty inside there and holding things up. I have to do it once and a while with my deck. But make sure when you spray inside there, that you do not shake the can or hold it at an angle. If you do, you will get fluid coming out and thats not good. If it dont work and you dont want to upgrade then hit ebay for a stock 2005 silverado head unit and just replace the stock unit with a stock unit.
