Bleeding The Fuel System?

Is it necessary, and how do you bleed the air from the fuel injection body assembly after teardown? My v6 is only firing on 4 outtta six cylinders? Problem started after a intake manifold gasket replacement, before it ran fine and only leaked coolant externally??? any suggestions??
