Hi guys, new member here. I'm going to be picking up a new (to me) 2007 Sierra Classic 4x4 this week. It is going to need tires soon, so I plan to upgrade the wheels along with it. My major concern is wheel offset. I don't want the wheels / tires sticking out further than stock.

 

What is the appropriate offset and backspacing for say a 17x8 or 17x9 aftermarket wheel?
