I'm sure it has been asked before but i couldnt find it on here. I have an 09 Sierra SLE and I want to add blue tooth to the truck so i can connect my phone to it. Has anyone done this? Can it be done? If it can be done and someone has done it what are the parts (number etc) and proceedures I will need to do it?? Any help would be awesome!

The short answer is yes if you can get the right part number onstar module to do it. the search at the top should lead yo to multiple discussion of this issue. 20783877 is one of the pn's that is compatible.

actually, if you press your phone button on your mirror, and after it says 'OnStar ready' say 'Bluetooth'. if it then says 'Bluetooth Ready' you have Bluetooth. if not, it will say 'Pardon?' then you will have to go with the parts route.

no, you either have to dial a number or say a nametag to call out of the truck. and the BLUE Button connects to OnStar. you press the button that has the picture of the telephone receiver or white dot on it.
