Trans Problems

Bought a 1997 Suburban SLT with 212k that had a Trans rebuild at 80k, and trans flush and filter 4k ago. It doesn't move under it own power. Engine runs great; problem I believe exists in the transmission (4l60e). No service lights, and no codes with scanner. Front pump seems to be working, fluid is a little overfull, but went down with engine running. With rear wheels off the ground, the wheels will move but barely. Movement in all gears including reverse, however d/od seems to be best, with top speed on indicator of 20-25mph. At WOT (in all gears) it seems to be slowing down, then almost no movement at all. I want to troubleshoot this before deciding to rebuild. If anyone has/knows of any online tech manuals that have step by step diagnosing, or if anyone has any info that would benefit my problem, please feel free to share your thoughts. Thanks.

No idea on manuals, but I would wager a guess that you have a busted planetary set, or sun shell.

Could be a blown Torque Converter too.
