09 1500 Wont Go Full Throttle

i have a 4.8 silverado. i was doing some data logging when i noticed that the throttle only opened 83%. is there some way to make this 100?

There are several parameters related to the throttle, 1 is absolute, 1 is relitive, there are others, you need to make sure you know what parameter you're looking at as they have different characteristics. There's also throttle and pedal parameters.

while i was data logging the one i was looking at was the tps. i would think the would be the best one to watch right?

If your using a Diablo to do data logging I would monitor Spark knock and Long Term Fuel trims.
