'97 Tahoe 5.7 Ac Compressor Not Kicing On

Glad it's finally warm here in Houston.

 

Unfortunately, however, the AC is not working on my '97 tahoe. The blower is blowing fine, there is power at the AC compressor (top relay) and both fuses (door panel and under the hood) are good.

 

There are no lights (AC or recirculating) and when I change the blower direction (feet, vents, defrost) it always blows on the feet.

 

Any ideas?
