Weather Effects

Does weather greatly effect power reason I'm asking is cause I have a 03 4.8 silverado I have an intake and a 3"exhaust dumped with a flowmaster knock off. Just with these 2 things I could burn my tires through 1st gear just last week i installed the electric fans and I used the kit from nelson performance I also got one of there pcm with the activated 42 pin ever since then the truck hasn't been the same I can barely chirp the tires from a stop I do feel a little differnce in top end but nothing in bottom end I even swapped back the old pcm to make sure that it wasn't the issue it has got a little warmer ever since then weather wise

i think weather has a small dent, if its real hot and my trucks been driven awhile it seems sluggish, if its around 50-60 degrees out the truck seems to get some extra nuts, and when its dead cold below zero it seems to be sluggish too, idk maybe i'm crazy but thats just me
