Working For Safelite

I am in the market for a new job and came across an installation technician for Safelite. I thought it could be a decent job and would get me outside instead of behind this computer all day. Plus, with me getting married in August I want to find something that pays better than where I'm at now.

Does anybody work for them, or know somebody who does? I've never had any experience with them so I'm not sure what the work environment is like. Just looking for information on the general hours they work, average pay, etc. If anybody has any information, it was be appreciated.

  I've referred to this many times over the years and I've had zero issues after the installation. Also, it helped a friend of mine resolve transmission issues he was having with his 2018 GMC Sierra. Chevrolet TSB 21-NA-199.pdf

  Seems to be a BCM issue. Have it scanned and checked for codes. Erase all faults and see if the issues return. If so, you might want to reach out to White Automotive for a BCM replacement.

  I had some interest in this when the tax credit still existed and it was going to be super cheap. Still like the concept but not so sure of the value. Check a few option boxes on the SUV version and it’s right up there with a base Model 3. Nevermind that depreciated low mile Model 3s are in the 20s.
