Depends on how it drives. Make sure it hasn't been in a flood or wreck by checking carfax. Can be an expensive mistake.

i'd try to wittle it down a little, the price they are asking is decent but it you can always try to milk it a little :P yeah for sure drive it and see how it drives, and get a carfax...try to get a warranty of some kind

That price sounds a bit high for a vehicle with those many miles to me, but that's just my opinion. I shopped around for a truck like mine for over half a year before I found it, and I got a real good deal on it. I would counter their price of $9,000 and go off the trade in value that the dealer likely paid. Dealers are NOT paying as much as you see in those trade in prices even. Economy is tough and they know it. I would go by the Trade In value and put around $500-$1000 over that trade in price, depending on what this truck is like in actuality. If they laugh at you and won't budge, walk away. There are many many more of those trucks out for sale yet. Good luck!

Of course I have the carfax done and milage is certified, also I have all of the repairs and maintenances done for the vehicule since it's on the road on 2003-06-25.

Any comments will help.
