So i ordered the LED tail lights from realtrucks.com on monday...credit card was billed that day...shipping status was processing est ship date is weds (24th)...

 

really 2 days to process an order when they took my money the same day?

 

Weds night.... still in processing...called and asked wtf ? said there was a delay from the manufacture...ok whatever...

 

friday am update....still in processing no eta on shipping....

 

anyone dealt with this site before ?

I hope you used a credit card and not a debit card...

 

for mastercard and visa, if you are worried contact your credit card provider and notify them that the vendor has charged you for an item that they don't even have in stock - that is a violation of their merchant terms.

As a matter of fact I purchased my Bull Bar and Bug Deflector from them on the 12th of this month and recieved everything in a timely manner. The only issue I had with them was the bull bar not making it onto the truck the day it showed it was suppose to ship out, but asside from that if anything no major issues, real helpful people and probably will buy from them again in the near future.

Ya, same here. Just made my first purchase, recently. I ordered over the weekend, shipping was free and the flares showed up Wednesday morning. James
