diff question

is there a differance between new style ( 1999 and up) 10 bolt rear end and the old style (1998 and older) 10 bolt. Im looking for a rear end cover for my 1999 sierra 1500.

As far as the cover, there is one difference that I know of.  My '99 has a magnet glued to it on the inside.  The cover for my '91 didn't.  I don't know if the difference is because of options, or even the difference between 2wd or 4wd.  (I doubt it though.   )

Check with the folks at this site and see if this cover will work on your truck.  www.motorchrome.com  A friend of mine got a cover from them for his '00 Ram Sport and it was a really nice product.  Heavy and had a good chrome job.  Pictures of it here.
