Freeze Frame Info. Please Help Out If You Can

Hey guys.

I bought the truck back about a month ago. I knew about the dreded Knock sensor prob. So i take her home. Two days later i have a missfire on #7. Ive switched coil on down to the sparkplug. Normal accelerating on flat ground no flash, slight incline and guessing about a 75% load or small hill with cruise the light flashes prob a single cycle. Cycle is like four flashes it seems. The "miss" goes away if i floor the truck, and its scoots right along. With the light flashing i dont feel it missing.. just the other dreded steering colum rattle from time to time.

So here is my freeze frame the fuel trims are all over the road any info on where they are supposed to be or hint/tips would be amazingly helpful as i plan on doing the knock sensor next weekend.

load pct - 3.9

ETC*c - 26

shrtFt1 - 8.6

long ft1 - 18.8

shortft2 - .8

long Ft2 - 11.7

Map - 44 (mg vacuum i assume since its just a naturally asperated 5.3)

VSS - 0

MAF - 10.43

TP - 14.1

theres the info kinda short handed but i think it will give you an idea. the shrtft and long i am assuming they are the fuel trims what is the norms for this and do any of the other info bits look out of wack?

Again thanks ahead of time for any info...

Zero fuel trim is normal, your frame is lean, very very lean. Start with a fuel filter if it hasn't had one in a while.

so your saying i have two bad o2 sensors? fuel filter is new only about 1500 miles on it prob and been running a injector cleaner thru it about every third tank of gas. ...
