Rear diff

I have a 3.73 open differential in my 99 Z71 and I am looking at limited-slip/lockers.  Does anyone have any recommendations?

 

What does GM put in when you order your truck with it?

Eaton locking diff comes standard (option G80).  It is a bit complicated and pricey if anything ever goes wrong with it.  This locker has a complicated series of clutch plates that keep the diff locked at under 10 mph and unlocks them above this speed.  This way it acts as an open diff at speed.  It's good if you do low speed rock crawling, etc.  With this in 2wd mode, it can take you a lot of places w/o having 4wd.
