Gmx-322 Lockpick

My GMX-322 allows my passenger to watch DVDs while driving but it is always switching back to the control screen. It will be playing the DVD in full screen mode then all of a sudden switch to the control screen with the play button, stop button, etc....

 

Is anyone else having this same issue? I don't think it is supposed to work this way.

I had nothing but problems with mine so I sent it back, mostly because the level of support from CoastalTech was ZERO.

 

I did not have that exact problem just inconsistent operation, when I tried to email or call for support I got nothing.

 

Many on these forums have complained about CoastalTech customer service

 

You might have to pay them a visit in person.......

Get your money back and buy a portable DVD. Navigation settings do the same thing. Coastaltech support stinks. I offered to help them debug a compatability problem with the new 2010 NAV that already allows NAV in motion but rather than accept my help, they flat out deny there is a problem.
