I just waste my time every 4 months when i put a nice coat of wax on my truck because i know in less than a week its going to be dusty and muddy again usually i just rinse it off about 2 times a week but i had to clean the interior yesterday cause i could not see my speedometer it was so dusty in the cab

Last summer I was in the outer banks of north carolina, and I drove through a tiny little puddle with some salt water in it.  needless to say the wind was coming off the ocean and I got 20,30,60 gallons of sea water into my truck, there is still sand on the headliner, and sometimes I swear I smell sea weed.  But it reminds me of all the good times I have on the beach in my truck.  Wasn't it a chevy comercial that said scratches give your truck character?  I like my truck dirty, but sometimes people call me a redneck so.....i guess if you like your truck shiney, more power to you, it's a matter of opinion. Thats whats so great about the U.S of A
