Hi, I am inquiring about any recent news re: recalls on 2006 Chevy Cobalts ? I was told I need a new upper heater core coolant hose on my 2006 Cobalt. Engine over heated x1 this past weekend, engine light came on. Driveable. Almost empty of coolant , added more coolant, driven to dealer. Informed of car repair today. Also recommended coolant system flush. Not had a coolant system flush. Purchased as Used vehicle. Any suggestions ? thanks

i couldn't finish your post after i read cobalt,this site is for trucks ONLY !.................................lmao

 

 

 

 

coolant is good for 5 yrs so ,can't hurt

 

 

they should have run your vin for campaigns,not recalls anymore,

 

 

ask them if they did ,i do not remember any campaigns for that,this site is unable to run vins for you
