it sounds dumb but disconnect the battery and reconnect and see what happens,also check the button on the cluster,if all that does not help you have problems and MAY need a new cluster .

Thanks, I'll try it

 

I pulled the fuse for the DIC for a few minutes today, still the same.

 

Also checked behind the steering wheel controls for loose wires, found nothing.

I have the same problem. It keeps cycling between the different languages. Sometimes you can get it to set but as soon as you try to go to the mileage it will start cycling again. Frustrating. Does anyone know where the control module is? I would like to pull it and check for bad connections.

Bad ground and or battery connections and electronics do not mix. pulling the fuse won't help if you have corrosion in the connection or the connection is loose
