Hood Alignment

I noticed today that my hood is off alignment at the front of the hood, its good everywhere else but the front is off, the passenger side of the hood is perfect but the drivers side is uneven and practically up against the grille, I opened the hood and noticed that the rubber bumpers that are under the hood seem to be throwing it off whack, the left side is all the way up whereas the right side is all the way down, is there any way of fixing this or is this a dealer only fix.

Yeah, you just screw the driver's side one up the same height as the passenger one and it should be even.
