basic question. how tall is the top of the truck with this setup" Basically, will it fit into and under 7-foot tall garages?

Aww, don't give me bad news!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I Reason I ask i because I have to park in a garage that says 7' height max, but everything i go under is well over a foot and a half above the truck, almost 2 feet. The lift and tires "should" lift the truck 7.5-8" after it is all said and done with the lift and increased tire diameter. I didn't think my truck was over 6' 3".

 

Should I go with 33" tires instead?

Idk but with my truck I just went through a 6'10" garage and was clinching my sphincter the whole time. You will be cutting it close.

My truck is 7'5"s with 9 1/2 " lift and 37s. So it might go.

I just checked mine again and its 7'6" to top of fin.

i double and triple measured the very highest point of my truck. it is 6'2" which is 74" MAX. It is actually shorter than that, but I am accounting for error. So, with everything added with the 6.5" lift and theoretical 2" added with 35" tires, I should not get above 6' 11". So, i think i will be good. I measured all over the parking garage I have, and nothing is under 7' 6" except the 7' hang-down at the entrance. I think I will be in good shape.

my 08 crew had a 6in bds with 1in taller block in the rear and 35 nittos and it clared the door seal by 1/8 inch on my 7 foot door.

I'm wanting to do the same ( BDS 6.5" and 35"s) but can't figure the math out. Obviously, it wouldn't be 6.5" plus the tire difference since there are several measurements coming into play right? Not the least of which is the rear height, depending on if you do a block/add a leaf or full leaf set up of course.

My 2006 CC z71 is sitting at 74", but specs I have found online say it is 75" (no satelite antenna on mine). I have 84" garage to try to get it in. Anyone have any answers?

if u run into it at about 40 it should shoot right in there...lol...
