Lift Or Lower?

Just wondering should i lift or lower i have an 04 silverado crew Z71 bone stock and the rear sits higher than the front. I dont do any off roading just to work and wal-mart. should i drop the rear or lift the front? Im looking for the best ride possable. Any sugestions would be appreciated thanks.

LIFT THE FRONT!!!!!!!! Z71's are the worst looking trucks when people lower them...

If i crank stock sustension will it be enough to level the truck without any problems or will i have to buy a leveling kit?

Get a leveling kit... There not expensive and cost only about $300 for the kit and instilation.

I would also lift the front. I would personally buy a leveling kit. When you crank the torsion bars, you have to worry about the number of turns you turn each screw. Also be aware that cranking your torsion bars may cause them to wear out prematurely, since they have added pressure on them. Also keep in mind that with increased pressure on the lower arm, upper articulation will be adversely affected, and your ride may be a little firmer. Just some things to take into consideration.

Thanks the lift it is, and the firmer ride would be ok I have always thought that i rides like a Fleetwood not a truck.

sorry but could you recomend a high quality lift? one that will still be around when Jesus comes.
