Need Some Help Guys!

So i bought some 09 signal light mirrors. Just the mirror.

As I was looking around the harness for the signal light wire I accidentally touched pins and heard what sounded like a fuse pop. So I started looking, but could not find any thing wrong with the fuses.

I did notice that my dome light will not come on either but it was too late when i found that out and just called it a night.

 

I did manage to put on the driver side mirror and that works fine.

Any ideas other than fuses?

that sounds like a fuse to me. Keep looking...
