2500hd Coil Over Conversion

Has anyone seen or installed the new Pure Performance long travel dual coil over for the 2500HD. I have a 2008 2500HD 6.0L 4wd and I am wondering if it is suitable for towing my 27' travel trailer. I like the idea of coil overs for a better ride just not sure if they can handle the weight. I think it would be fine. Most of the weight is on the back of the truck. Sounds like the Deaver kit it comes with softens up the rear. I would look into a full leaf pack if you are going to be towing something as heavy as what you are towing.

Yeah its spendy alright, but the torsion bars are the only real complaint i have with my 2500HD. I still haven't been able to figure out why GM hasn't gone to the coilovers. Does anyone have any other recommendations for converting to coilovers? I am getting close to just designing my own system, but that is hard to do in Afghanistan.

Yeah, I am not a fan of the dated T-bars either. Although, they do work and I have never had a problem with them. You could always convert to leaf's. Swap a solid d60 up front. Use leafs or coil-overs AND rid your truck of the crappy IFS. Will require some fab work, but in the end is worth it. These are my DREAM plans!

He could swap in a SFA for close to the 6K it would cost for the coilover system.
