Electrical Problem

I'm having some electrical problems with my 1991 GMC k1500 has 330,000km on it I'm getting no power what so ever to anything for example horn,brake lights,radio,horn. The battery has 13volts, I have tested all fuses for battery they test good i have checked wiring going to battery and accessories all seems half decent new starter wire last fall i cant figure it out Thanks in advance

Are you getting power at the interior fuse block for those items that are not working? Sounds like a connection under the hood is missing transfer into the cab. Just a guess of course, electrical is tough when you can't actually see what's happening.
