Factory Questions.

Hey guys, my lease on my 08 ECSB LTZ Vmax is up in a few months, and i am looking into a GMC SLE single cab with the 5.3. Going from a fully optioned leathered truck back to a basic cab get around town truck is gonna be hard, i am trying to soften the blow.

 

Here are my q's.

 

The truck i am looking at has bluetooth and steering wheels controls, if i upgrade using schrams gm factory Nav system will the bluetooth and steering wheel controls still work?

I also am looking on the GMpartsdirect and a tailgate handle with camera mount + the factory camera will be under $200. Can this just be plugged into the factory nav?

 

Does the factory nav run video DVD's? Can this be modified to play while in drive? my wife likes to watch movies on trips, and i don't want to dig out the laptop if i don't have too.

 

This is a non bose truck, can i upgrade the speakers and retain the factory look/nav without adding an aftermarket amp?

 

I am really trying to put lipstick on a pig i suppose, but this truck will be literally half of what my current truck is and will do the same job. This is a company truck, but will be my company truck. If i need a bigger tow rig we have a 2010 Crew cab 6.2 6 spd 4x4 for that.
