2010 Chevy Tahoe Grill Removal

Does anyone have a step by step or some kinda of document showing how to remove the grill off of a 2010 chevy tahoe. I need to take the headlights out and dont want to mess them or my paint up.

I got a couple of docs at the house for the GMT900s for 2007-2009. I assume they would apply to the 2010. I am at work already though so you might have to wait until later today....
