Leak

I was gone for the week last week and the truck stayed in my driveway. We had a few very good rains while I was away. Anyway, yesterday I get in the truck and it smells faintly musty. I check things out and feel around on the carpet to find it wet near the driver's side B Pillar. It is not wet anywhere else. Any ideas what this might be from? The weatherstripping on the doors looks good. Could it be my sunroof??? All of the doors/windows/and sunroof were tightly closed before anyone asks!

My fiancee got in my truck last Friday while it was raining and said I had a leak. Turned out to be the passenger side rear door on the extended cab didn't latch all the way on the top and was letting a little water drip. Wasn't a lot but if it sat like that for a couple of days of rain there would have been a nice little puddle.
