Anyone catch the Last IRL race of the season? Or are all of you to caught up in stock cars??? Anywho, One of the best Races Ive seen all year. Close Close finish... And wheel to wheel racing all day...   Open wheel cars are just too exciting for someone to be all proud of Stock cars....

It wasn't just the last race of the year that was like that.  Just about every IRL race for the past two years has been like that.  Great racing, its a shame no one watchs it.  They put on far better races then the stock car guys do, not to mention that the outcome of the chamionpship was decided by the two guys who finished 1st and 2nd in the race.

Glad someone else enjoys IRL too... And very true that the last 2 yrs have been great.. I was at Texas Motor Speedway on June 9th of 2001 for the Casino Magic 500... Awesome race... Something about that track that brews up some on your feet races... And that was kinda ironic that the two guys everyone had their eyes on finished 1 & 2...

I watch them occasionally, but still prefer NASCAR, ARCA, etc.  I like my race cars to look like cars.
