Trouble Code Help

I am working on my 95 GMC Sierra with 5.0 L engine. I have all of the trouble codes taken care of except for one, #43. According to my Chilton's manual, this is the Electric Spark Control Circuit. The probable cause is listed as "signal to the ECM/PCM has remained low for too long or the system failed a functional check." I have checked the whole book and not found a potential fix. Any help?

To date I have replaced plug wires, ECT sensor, EGR solenoid and cleaned the EGR, and cleaned the throttle body.

  I would just buy some takeoff, for the most part any plastic will ware off and look like $$%$&. there are usually decent option in the $600 range, I took my time and scored a good set for $400 all in. Good Luck.

  I have the exact same problem. No USB drive passes the "correctly formatted" alert, but they are all readable. Every once in a while the truck will build a directory structure onto the drive. Also I've been hearing that the Surround Video Record has been deploying to the Tahoe's and Suburban's, Why not the trucks?
