Hi guys,

 

I just bought a 2011 sierra 2500hd sle 4x4 crew cab with a long bed. It is my first truck, and so far I like it a lot. I have had a camaro ss for the last 7 years, and decided it was time for a drastic change. The truck is better in my opinion. The camaro had a really loud exhaust and and a lot of go fast parts that I had installed. The truck is so much more quiet and is big enough that I can drive more than 1 person around at a time. I just hope that the truck lasts me a long time without many issues.

You should be able to get an easy 300k out of the truck if all preventive maintenance is accomplished on schedule. What year was the Camaro SS?

Welcome to the forum! That sounds like an awesome truck I would love to see some pics when you get a chance! I'm sure that truck will give you many years of dependable service. These are great trucks.

This is a picture of the truck. The picture is a little crappy because I took it with my phone, but you can still see it. I had the windows tinted, reverse sensors installed, and the bars installed a few days ago. Not much more I want to do to it right now.

 

The camaro SS was a 2002.
