Truck Rebates After Nov. 1st

Anyone know if they are gonna keep running the same rebates as of right now on the 2011 gmc after the truck month cut off date?

i asked the sales manager and he told me that they "might" keep it the same. i didn't want to take the chance and lose some money so i'm taking delivery tomorrow. i got the regular 2500, plus the 2005 for financing through ally, then i got a extra 1k for household member owning a toyota tacoma. i also found a truck with the power tech package so thats another 1495 discount. he then gave me a extra 500 he called dealer discount. all of this was taken off the price of 32100 which was $200 lower then the supplier price.

Well I wish I could do that but, I ordered mine and its still in the build stage. So I hope its stays the same or even better!!

itll be there dont worry, if they take it away it will be in another month when they dont sell squat. dealers say that everyday to people because they want to buy now, not next month. in fact itll prob jump back up to 5-6k off like last year.

I can't take delivery until after the 1st. The salesman reassures me they continue the rebates/credits in some way. It would be nice if it's still there, but not a deal-breaker.

You've got two things going for you. First, the GM trucks are the oldest style of the big 3 as both Dodge and Ford have updated since they have. The 11 F-150 with its new engine lineup hasn't come out yet (early December) so I suspect that will create some traffic from Ford. If GM wants to move trucks they will have to discount more heavily. Second, it's getting nearer the end of the calendar year, and dealers like to move the metal off the lot before the end of the year. As stated before, dealers will tell you anything, especially at the end of the month, to sell a vehicle. Hope it all works out for you.

I probably jumped the gun on the order, but it was just after the TV ads started & I didn't want the order buried. I was hoping to sell my '04 ASAP (buyer picked it up yesterday). Unfortunately the build & delivery pretty much went as scheduled & the 2011 showed up sooner than expected.

 

At least I didn't order it last year .
