Running Boards

Looking at the DEE ZEE FX and DXC models.

 

Any other suggestions would be appreciated, I'm just not crazy about Nerf bars.

 

I would like to see pictures of these or any other running boards.

 

This is what they are going on along with 285 Firestone Destinations.

my wife needs them and i would like something functional that looks good. One thing i like about the fx is the mudflap

If you can afford it...Check out AMP Research power running boards. They drop down lower and stick out further, making them more useful as an actual step. When you shut the door, they tuck up under there where you can't even see 'em.

 

Spendy though.

Definitly too spendy for me. IDK how they would do after getting packed up with snow and ice. I'm sure i could tear them up pretty quik.

I think that's the only complaint I've ever heard from anybody...Ice can build up while driving and cause them to freeze in the up position.

 

But we don't get snow/ice but once or twice a year here...So I wouldn't be concerned with it

Snow and cost is definitly an issue for me.

 

I like the looks of the NFab for and aggressive offroad looking truck, but not really what im looking for.
