No Low Beams

Hi, about a week ago my low beams stopped working on my 2004 Avalanche 1500 4x4, and I'm trying to diagnose the problem and see if anyone else had a common issue. I did do some searching here but didn't really find anything. To date, bulbs are okay, fuse okay, relay swapped and okay. No voltage at low beam fuse. Auto-light sensor appears to be working, the markers and tail lights turn on automatically in darkness. From what I can tell there are 3 possibilites, the headlight switch, the multi-function switch, or the body control module. I only have wiring diagrams from a haynes manual, that hasn't helped diagnose the problem. Are one of these 3 parts (or something I missed) more prone to failure than another? Where can I get a good wiring diagram to check if the switches are getting voltage? Thanks for any advice you can offer.

Had a Suburban one time that had this problem and it was the Multifunction Switch.....thankfully this was back in the day where the DRL's were the Low Beam Bulbs, and all I had to do was turn my parking lights on for the low beams, and then turn my headlights on to use the highbeams....I never had to use that multifuction switch again for Low/Hi Beams....unfortunately your Avalanche doens't use the Low Beams as the DRL's....
