I went for a trip not too long ago and noticed my left/front wheel assembly making a intermittent grinding noise with or without the brakes being applied. At first it was hard to hear but now is getting worse (even my wife can hear it, that's bad enough). Wondering if you gentlemen have hear of this, with it being a 4x4 is kinda hard to tell with all the other extra parts, maybe a bad wheel bearing???? thanks in advance!!!

Get it fixed soon, I had a friend loose the entire front tire :P

I don't believe the front hub assembly is all that expensive either.

check the hub assembly for play (try shaking the tire with it jacked in the air and holding it at the 2 and 8 o'clock positions).

Pull off the tire and check the pads/rotors for proper wear.

Protects owners from being denied warranty for installing aftermarket parts unless the dealer can prove that the aftermarket part caused the failure.

Don't see how that would apply here though... not to mention its usually a dead end and cheaper/easier just to pay to replace the part(s) rather than pay for court fee's :P

Thanks, well I hope maybe my extended-warranty can cover it, we'll see!!!
