Correct, tires are BFG KM2's

 

Grille guard is made by Ranch Hand, heres a photo I dug up:

Thanks, they did look like BFG MTs (I had a set on my 2000). From the last pic you posted I can see there arent flares but in the top 2 kinda look like you added some.
