Zone Offroad 4.5" Lift

This is the kit I was looking at. I was impressed for the price that new struts up from came with... plus cv spacers. Other companies at this price range and higher used a giant topper for the strut. I think this is a much better way of lifting the truck.

 

Check it out and let me know your guys thoughts. I was looking into BDS which has the same setup as i can tell. But this is 500 bucks cheaper. I know BDS has the no questions warrenty. Thats the only difference I can see.

BDS and Zone are virtually the same company.

Looks like a good kit for $1300. (edit: but i'd probably go with the BDS kit)

From research it looks like the warrenty BDS offers is the only difference... is it really worth the 500 plus dollars? I want to upgrade later to leaf springs in the rear. I would order BDS's set later. They are really the only two companies who offer new struts. Procomp, Skyjacker, fabtech only offer the spacers.... their kits are upward 1800 plus....

They're not the exact same kit.

There's design differences the I prefer in the bds. A quick visual is the shape of the crossmembers.

zone offroad is made by bds, they created the company for a cheaper line of kits to compete with rough country and other cheap suspensions. its kinda like buying a suburban vs buying a denali, both get you to the same point, but ones a hell of alot nicer
