I have a 01 2500hd silverado, and am making a billet grille work for it and painting it. i am painting it all black. the chrome center split line is peeling and bubbling from age, and it looks like crap now. it is a seperate piece and i am wondering if it can be purchased seperately...have been looking online and cant find it but prolly not lookin in the right place.

  Get a code reader that can scan for airbag system codes and start there. Codes give you clues/diagnostic points.
