Xm Antenna 2008 Silverado

I have a 2008 Silverado, was backing in my garage and did not pay attention because of all of the snow and truck was to high and wipe out the black plastic xm / onstar antenna.

 

1. would this be covered under warranty?

 

2. If not what does this involve to get repair time and cost, just a note I do not use either xm or onstar

 

I assume if I don't get it fixed it will leak water into the inside and cause more damage.. Is this something I could do or is this a dealer only?
