Amp mounting

I am designing an amp rack to go behind the rear seat this weekend.  Does anyone out there have pics , or know where there are pics of this setup.  I was thinking about mounting the amps, cap, distribution block, etc on a piece of wood, then mounting it to the back wall of the cab (some how).  I would like to mount it as low as possible, so the seat can be raised up if needed.  I need some input/ideas so I can keep it all in check. thanks guys
