Rear Window Defrost Uograde

I have a 2010 LT2 C/C with heated OSRV mirror but no rear defrost.Is the wiring there for a rear defrost.I have the solid tinted rear window.

My 2010 LT has the wires, there is one behind each of the rear pillars (that's where i found one of my annoying rattles). However i don't know if you would also need a to install a fuse, or have a dealer program one of the control modules to get it to operate.

The control for it is the defrost push button on the ac panel. It turns on heated mirrors and the rear window if you have it. Not sure of anything else.
