JRLZ71 Posted February 8, 2011 Posted February 8, 2011 Been kicking around the idea of dropping the rear end of my truck... I would like to make my front end about a 1/2 to 1 inch shorter in the back than in the front because I really don't do any kind of towing... What would be the easiest, least expensive, and best way to keep from sacrificing any ride quality? Should I just take the rear block out, or should I buy new shackles?

Let a little air out of the back tires! Just kidding man. I would think that if you could remove the block, that would be the quickest and easiest fix.
JRLZ71 Posted February 9, 2011 Author Posted February 9, 2011 Found some 1 inch drop shackles for 80 bucks... Think I'm going to go that route just to be safe.
berteras Posted February 9, 2011 Posted February 9, 2011 Does the truck sit level now? Where in Louisiana are you? Im just east of New Orleans
