NTD kit keeps torsion bars in factory location, the other kit drops the torsion bars. Couldn't say which is better, i suppose it might depend on what you're using the truck for.

My vote is for the NTD kit because it doesn't look goofy with t-bars hanging down which gives it a nice clean look, and good ground clearance. Plus it maintains factory ride quality...or so they claim
