Cranking Just Alittle?

I have a new HD with 1k miles. I noticed the drivers side front fender is 3/8ths lower than the passenger side. It doesnt matter if i have a full tank or empty cause i have measured both scenarios. I was thinking about a 1'' lift anyways just to take just alittle rake out of it. Should i just crank the drivers side up 3/8ths and be done with it? I do not want to mess with the ride or have any premature front end wear. Will this minor lift effect anything like that? I know if you go too far you will cause some damage in the long run. I have read if you go a inch or less you dont have to get a alignment. Is this true? Thanks

Perhaps go up a bit on one side, down on the other? not much change for either then?

Actually my previous truck had this issue. I wouldnt even thought about looking until i started reading forums . Read about it and went out a measured and sure enough the driver side was a half inch lower. Really nothing i could do easily since it had coilover shocks but it bugged the crap out of me. My new truck can be easily corrected by the t bars. I just dont want to screw up anything.

i did my 08 2500 hd recently it was out from side to side as well like a 1/4 inch i ended up giveing the bolts 6 full turns each gave me 1 3\4 ish which was the look i wanted had it re alined he said i was still in spec but right on the edge he moved it back to the middle well worth the money tires and parts are not cheap every truck is diferent i would get the alignment.

You can adjust it. Won't hurt a thing. Just get the alignment checked when done.

Actually I enjoy reading forums. There are positives a negatives but more positives. I've learned how to do simple fixes, tsb updates and just getting cool ideas. But whats done is done and I plan on fixing this minor issue. Talk to a alignment guy today that my buddy recommended and he said cranking 1" will not harm anything. He's going to do the torsion adjustment and align afterwards. He said he's done quite a few GM's.

I follow trucks, vettes and Jeeps. Sometimes I learn something, other times maybe I can add something. Then there are things that are made out to be way tooooooo much. I mean there are way more important things than some of the things you see on the forums. JMHO.

Correct, level ground is a must. I dont want to completely level the truck. When i haul i dont want to the back lower than the front hence the 1'' lift. Just taking alittle rake out.

I'm not making this to be tooo much. I'm simply stating that my drivers side is a hair lower than the pass side. I'm just going to correct the issue. No big deal.
