Simple Mod

Just driving around recently I've noticed, that out of the couple dozen Silverados I see every day, I don't think I've seen anyone else who has done a particular mod I did a long time ago. When I got my 99, I got a new Chevy Caprice Hood Ornament, and had it installed on my hood. It really looks badass, I'll get a pic up. Anyone else done this?

That was dont on an older truck we had simply because another guy had an identical truck and that was the only way to tell them apart!

That reminds me of what my grandpa did. He had a really oldass airplane-looking hood ornament that he put on every car'/truck they owned. It was frickin cool. hehe, I always knew it was him comin up the road. (aside from the fact that the people walking on the sidewalk were going faster than he)

Sounds like a hood ornament off an old, early to mid 50's Chevy.

Those are cool. My Dad use to own an Auto Body Shop when I was 8 years old. I had one and it was one of my favorite toys. Maybe it has something to do with my loyalty

to the General today.
