2006 Door Squeaking

Hey everyone,

 

Please direct me to the correct thread if there is already one.

 

All of my doors on my 2006 crewcab make an annoying squeaking when being opened and closed. The noise does not come from the hinge, so I'm assuming its the black plastic piece that goes into the door and holds it open. Is there any particular way to successfully eliminate this noise by lubricating it? White lithium grease on something?

I usually take some white lith grease and spray it in there and on hinges to quiet them up..
