2010 Non Bose

My buddy is trying to hook up and amp and sub to his stock stereo(head unit). We have the in line converter from best buy. We are having trouble figuring out which wire to connect the remote wire from the amp to. We know the red wire provides power all the time and the black wire is the ground. Which wire out of the harness's plugged into the head unit do you connect the remote wire. I may not being explaining things fully so if any additional info is required please let me know. Thanks for the help!!

Use the power antenna wire, I think it's blue. That way the AMP will only turn on when the keys are in the ON position.

I used a pac adapter. It told me which wire was the remote turn on but I can't remember which one now. I could probably find it somewhere...
