I know this probally the different route of most members on here but I like it and think its a different look, I loved the stock 22's and didn't wanna get rid of them but wanted a more aggressive look. So here we go its a oem 22 inch wheel, with a toyo open county m/t 33x12.5r22 and a rough country 2in level in the front. They fit perfect required no trimming and they don't rid one bit. Rides great the only difference is a slight increase in road noise from the tires but nothing bad. Very happy with the out come.

I just wanted to post this up because when I was searching I didn't find much with a level and 22's but like I said couldn't be happier with the setup.

Looks pretty good! Didn't think I'd like that skinny of a tire, but it def gives me something to consider now!

I love the look. I've never seen those wheels wrapped in a true mud type tire. Good choice, remember its your rig and all about your tastes, thats why they call it custom. :)

Looks GREAT! Theres nothing wrong with those stock wheels at all... you don't have to worry about OEM wheels chipping/fading/spotting/etc... perfect choice IMO.

That looks awesome man!, I was looking at doing something similar with my 07 Sierra. I have my 2" RC level installed and I'm looking at getting 33x12.5r20's toyo open m/t's. Any idea what the offset of the rim has to be to get close to none if any at all rubbing??? thanks
