305/70 R18

Will a 305/70/R18 Tire fit onto my truck that has a 6 inch BDS lift without any rubbing issues ?

Depends on wheels.

I've got the MT 305/70/18 on a 4.75 back space wheel and I rubbed a good bit.

Had to cut plastic in front of tire and bang metal in the rear (front tires)

If you have a positive offset tire you will have less to trim but probably will need to trim a little also.
