Need Some Help

03 GMC sonoma 2.2L

ECM1 fuse blows when i turn the key on

fuse controls multiple items

i have an o2 sensor code and an evap code

with the fuse being blown i dont know where to start looking

i already changed the fuel pump thinking because i didnt see the blown fuse at first..

and i also changed the ECU which is not the problem.

ive seen other threads with similar problem but no legit answer
